At the end of 2025, we said goodbye to a real doer: Anton Pfaffen is going into well-deserved retirement.

Anton worked as a foreman for the Volken Group for over 21 years - reliable, assertive and always with an eye for the essentials. He was a constant on the construction site: organized, clear in his instructions and always fully committed to quality and the team.

Whether on challenging projects, under time pressure or in all weathers - you could always rely on Anton. With his experience and expertise, he left his mark on generations of employees and played a decisive role in shaping many construction sites.
