Safety is no coincidence - but the result of consistent further training.

In recent weeks, the Volken Group has focused on our company-wide training opportunities. This has involved far more than just mandatory training: Our aim is to continuously strengthen the safety, competence and sense of responsibility of our employees - because this is precisely what forms the basis for high-quality and efficient work on the construction site.

As part of this further training, various practical courses were offered, including the professional attachment of loads, ladder testing, first aid and fire safety. The content was taught in a targeted manner so that it can be applied directly in day-to-day work.

In total, we successfully trained 283 employees. This result not only demonstrates our high standards of safety and quality, but also the strong commitment of our team. For us, further training is not a one-off event, but a central component of our corporate culture.

After all, well-trained employees not only ensure greater safety, but also make a decisive contribution to the long-term success of our projects.
