Project description:
The project for the new Basperstrasse North Canal begins at Bahnhofstrasse in Turtig (North Canal crossing area), runs eastward along the GERA, the pumping station, and the GERA East headquarters, then crosses the North Canal and connects to Lot 30095 at the industrial zone intersection. The road route will partially contain the energy supply for the Raron covered cutting and a cable duct block belonging to the municipality of Raron. The project for the new Basperstrasse Nordkanal is intended to partially replace the existing Basperstrasse and will provide access to the GERA's east control center and pumping station.
