Versatile, flexible and fast: our workshop team.

As different as the skills and tasks of our workshop employees are, they all appreciate one thing about their job: at the Volken Group, new challenges await them every day. This is also how workshop manager Albert Hagen, who has been working for us for 40 years, sees it: "I keep an overview and create the weekly schedules, accept orders, assign the work and obtain quotes for spare parts." A lot of things are routine, but improvisation is also required. Regardless of whether the team is maintaining machines or trucks, fitting or welding, changing tires or carrying out repairs in the field. These are all very varied jobs, says Tatjana: "I always appreciate learning new things." The concrete pumps are very demanding, says Ali: "If they are blocked, we have to clear them of concrete quickly using air pressure or our own pump. Otherwise there could be a lot of damage."
