Description of the project:
The road section in question is located in the municipality of Törbel along the road from Stalden to Törbel in the Flie area. The alignment in this section is being optimized and the road widened. A leaning structure is required on the valley side to secure the road.
The construction comprises a bridge slab with a thickness of 40 cm, which is supported on concrete ribs or directly on rock. The concrete ribs are arranged at intervals of 8.00 m, have a width of 80 cm and are founded on the rock. They are additionally anchored back with anchors (SpannTop ? 28 mm).
- Between points QP 111 and QP 114 there is a leaning construction with two concrete ribs over a length of 24.00 m.
- Between points QP 114 and QP 115 (25.165 m long), the concrete slab rests directly on the rock.
- From QP 115 to the end of the project at QP 123 (66 m long), the concrete slab again rests on concrete ribs, partly also on rock.
The bracket head is hydrophobized to protect the structure. An OS 7 collar seal is applied to the concrete slab, followed by EP5 waterproofing, which is covered with protective concrete.
