Project description:
The affected road section in the Parlei area (municipality of Törbel) was widened to optimize the alignment and to widen the valley side. For this purpose, a new leaning structure was built, whose 40 cm thick bridge deck was founded directly on the rock or on concrete ribs, depending on the section. The first 22.03 m lay directly on the rock without ribs. Between QP 11 and QP 13, the construction was supported by concrete ribs for 15.37 m. From QP 13 to QP 15, a 7.26 m long bridge slab was built underneath the existing one, which was only removed after the new waterproofing and protective fleece had been installed. From QP 15 up to the end of the project, the backrest construction was again supported on the rock. The 50 cm wide concrete ribs were founded in the rock and anchored back with SpannTop anchors (? 28 mm). The bracket head was hydrophobized; an OS 7 collar seal, EP5 waterproofing and a protective fleece were applied to the concrete slab. An OS 7 collar seal was applied to the concrete slab before the EP5 waterproofing was laid and protected by a protective fleece.
